Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or integrating with the ProxyBase API, relay infrastructure, and associated extensions (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Services

ProxyBase provides a high-performance DevTools protocol multiplexer, allowing remote AI agents (such as OpenClaw) to connect securely to local browser environments via WebSockets and WebRTC. We guarantee strict protocol compliance but are not liable for the actions, automated or otherwise, executed by third-party agents over our relay network.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Facilitate or execute unauthorized access, penetration testing, or denial-of-service attacks.
  • Bypass rate limits, security constraints, or usage quotas established by ProxyBase or third-party target domains.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

ProxyBase reserves the right to terminate active sessions or suspend accounts immediately upon detection of anomalous or malicious payload signatures within the relay stream.

4. Availability & Warranties

While ProxyBase employs distributed Rust backends to ensure low-latency and high-concurrency connections, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
